You might capture a page on your phone and want to read it on a tablet later. Paperspell synchronizes document records across supported devices linked to your account.
Use the same account
Install the mobile app on the other device, or open the web version in your browser, and sign in to the same Paperspell account. Allow time for the library and files to synchronize, especially after a first sign-in or when the connection is slow. Before relying on a file away from a connection, open it and check that its pages are available on that device.
Keep the document recognizable
Names, categories, and tags help you recognize a record whichever device you use. When you change a document, give synchronization time to complete before switching devices and expecting to see the update.
Review your devices
The app includes a list of registered devices in settings, where you can review and remove a device association you no longer need. Use the current in-app account limits when adding another device.
