Documents often arrive in a conversation before they reach a document library. Paperspell’s add-document menu includes Telegram and WhatsApp upload options, which open the corresponding messenger flow.
Start the connection in Paperspell
Choose the messenger from the add-document menu. The app checks whether it can open the messenger and starts the account-linking step when needed. Follow the instructions in the conversation so the document is connected to the right Paperspell account.
Complete the messenger step
For a new WhatsApp connection, the app may prepare a message that you still need to send yourself. Opening the chat alone does not send it. If the account is already linked, Paperspell can take you directly to the connected conversation.
Return to your library
After sending a document through the available flow, return to Paperspell to check that it arrived and review its processing status. Confirm the pages and give the record a useful name or tags.
Availability depends on the configured messenger connection and the installed app. If a messenger option is unavailable, import a file or choose images from your gallery instead.
